Anglicare is committed to nurturing and supporting children needing special attention. Our specific programs offer a comprehensive range of services to assist children in need. Our foster care programs provide high quality care for children who cannot live with their own families on a temporary basis. Anglicare coordinates foster care programs from centres throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Gippsland. With the support of approved volunteer foster carers Anglicare is able to continue giving children in need the opportunity to live in a caring home environment. The aim of foster care is to, where possible; reunite a child or children with their natural family. |
