Anglicare Victoria is committed to providing ‘work integrated learning’ opportunities to tertiary students. Placements provide an opportunity for students to apply their theoretical learning in the real world. We host over 100 students every year.
At Anglicare Victoria, students are surrounded by an encouraging and supportive team, who will provide professional development opportunities and help students realise their career aspirations.
We engage students studying in the areas of social work, youth work and community services.
Anglicare Victoria partners with 10 key education providers including: Deakin University, Monash University, Australian Catholic University, Latrobe University, Federation University, Swinburne University, RMIT, Chisholm Institute, Gippsland TAFE and Bendigo TAFE.
If you are a student from one of these providers, the best way to secure a placement is to liaise with your placement coordinator. On occasion, we will host students from other providers based on the student’s location, availability and interests.
If you wish to express your interest, please fill in our student placement application form.
Please note: most AV placements require students to commit 3 to 5 days per week to placement. Due to capacity, we can’t accept every request for placement but we will review requests on a regular basis.
For any other student related enquires, our friendly team can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
