Open to all Dads, Step-Dads, Single Dads and Grand-Dads, come along to share experiences, learn new strategies & solutions.
- Improving your confidence as a Dad
- Improving communication and closeness with your kid
- Creating a healthy environment for your children
- Learn strategies and tools that work
- Learn how to cope with stress, emotions and anger
