For family members supporting someone with drug or alcohol issues
Do you want to:
- Improve your knowledge of alcohol and drugs?
- Develop communication skills to improve your family relationships?
- Develop strategies to manage your own stress and tension?
- Connect with others in same situation and feel less alone?
This 8-week program aims to provide education, emotional support, and practical strategies for family members of those struggling with substance use.
