Parents Building Solutions

Open to Parents & Carers of Teenagers. Come & share experiences, ideas and learn strategies that work.

  • How to get your teenager to listen, without having to yell?
  • Building a better relationship with your teens.
  • Feeling stuck or struggling with your teenager?
  • Discuss and share strategies that work.
  • What’s happening emotionally, physically and socially with your teen?
