About the event

Healthier Gaming and Screen time
Interactive session for parents in partnership with Gamblers Help

This Session will cover:

  • The role of gaming for young people
  • Informing parents of the relationship between gaming and gambling
  • Identify gambling features within games
  • Identifying signs of gambling harm
  • Helpful conversation starters if you are concerned
  • Tips on co- selecting games
  • Effective ways to communicate with children about technology·
  • Developing effective and agreed boundaries and what to do when these are broken

When: Wednesday 30th September and Wednesday 28th October
Time: 30/09/2020 at 1pm to 2:30pm
28/10/2020 at 6pm to 7:30pm
Where: Online Via Zoom – link will be sent out once formal registration has taken place
Cost: FREE once registration is completed a link to zoom will be shared
