About the event

Parents building solutions – Talking teens

  • Do you want to: Improve your relationship with your teenage child?
  • Improve communication and resolve family disputes?
  • Learn ways to manage your young person’s anxiety, and your own?
  • Explore why young people use alcohol, drugs and behave in other risky ways?

Join us online via Zoom to learn strategies and take some time out for you.

When: Thursdays: 6 weekly evening sessions May 5th to June 9th 2020

Time: 7.00 pm – 8.30 pm

Where: Online via Zoom
