About the event
Women who are living in or who have left an abusive or hurtful relationship are invited to participate in a 7 week women’s empowerment group.
The group will focus on the following areas:
- Defining abusive and hurtful relationships
- Exploring healthy relationships
- Exploring coping skills
- The importance of self care
