Balancing children’s safety with opportunities for them to learn independence and resilience is a parenting challenge – one of many!
- Would you like to explore how to model and teach your children to respond to difficult situations?
- Would you like to learn what strategies other parents use?
- Do you want to support your child to be proactive and optimistic?
The good news is that most people can learn to be resilient! Come and share your experiences and explore strategies to build resilience in your family.
