About the event
Our ParentZone experts invite you to come along to a solution focused group for parents of children aged 3-12 years.
Find out how anxiety develops throughout childhood, learn strategies to help your child cope with anxious feelings or negative thoughts and gain knowledge on how to communicate better with your child.
This free, five week program will run every Wednesday afternoon from August 14th – September 11th.
