About the event

A Parents Building Solutions Program for sole parents of primary school aged children.

Are you a sole parent who wants to:

  • Help your child cope with change and bounce back from life’s challenges?
  • Learn strategies on how to set boundaries for challenging behaviour?
  • Improve communication and relationships with your child?
  • Discover services and programs in your community and connect with other sole parents at your school?

Join us to explore parenting tips, share stories and take some time out for you.

DATES: Tuesday mornings (5 sessions) 25th Feb to 25th Mar 2025
