About the event

An Emotionally Intelligent Parenting Program For Parents of Children aged 4 to 12 years

Tuning in to Kids is a 6-week parenting program for parents and carers who wish to:

  • Learn parenting strategies to help your child deal with uncomfortable emotions, including anger, anxiety, sadness and jealousy.
  • Improve communication and connection with your child.
  • Find solutions to manage challenging behaviours.
  • Become an emotionally intelligent parent.

WHEN: Mondays (6 morning sessions) October 21st to November 25th, 2024
COST: Free for parents and carers living in Melbourne’s Eastern Region.
