This week we celebrated the opening of our new office in Broadmeadows, a great milestone for Anglicare Victoria. The new office is significant, as it provides a new bright, open and positive space to service the community of the Northern Metropolitan region, a complex place of social need. The celebration opened with a smoking ceremony, cleansing and Welcome to Country by Wurundjeri Elder Colin Hunter Jr.
Chief Executive Paul McDonald, Chairman Stephen Newton AO, Archbishop of Melbourne Philip Freier and Archdeacon Ray McInnes and Family Services Team Leader Lydia Cuce, all spoke and praised the opening of the site, which provides ultimate staff and client comfort security amongst a safe and welcoming environment.
