About the event
A Parents Building Solutions Program for Parents of 10 to 18 year olds
- Learn parenting strategies to support your young person with anxious feelings and behaviours.
- Teach your child the skills of resilience to bounce back from life’s challenges.
- Improve communication and connection with your tween or teen.
Join this interactive 6-week online program to learn strategies, share stories, and take some time out for you.
WHEN: Mondays (6 evening sessions)
DATES: February 12th to March 25th, 2024 (no session on Labour Day – Mon 11th Mar)
TIME: 7:00 to 9:00 pm
WHERE: Online via Zoom.
COST: Free for parents and carers living in Melbourne’s Eastern Region.
